– Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
– Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
– While we offer free worldwide shipping, return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
– For approved refunds, we deduct 10% from the total order value to cover handling and processing.
– Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.
